The Red River Valley is the Heartland of America’s agricultural community and home to Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables.

Vegetables grow abundantly in the rich, fertile topsoil of the Red River Valley and its clean environment. Warm days, cool nights and plentiful moisture produce vegetables rich in flavor and full of color.

With harvest beginning in August some of the produce is delivered directly from the field to MDV for processing. The remaining produce is stored by the farmers in humidity-controlled storage facilities and processed at our valley facility throughout the year where we capture all the goodness of the heartland.

The carrots and potatoes processed are a locally produced product of the USA. Standard cut sizes include dices, slices, flakes, granules, and powders. Specialty products processed at MDV include carrot shoestrings, infusion puffed carrots, and potato hashbrowns. Custom processing is available on customer request and specifications.
