Employment CURRENT JOB OPENINGS: Lab/QA Technician: Responsibilities include assisting in raw product analysis, grading of finished product, moisture and sulfate analysis, performing microbiological testing, determining if product meets customer specs, interpreting and documenting testing results. Other duties include training and coaching new employees, safely operating a forklift, communicating out-of-spec issues and problems to QA Manager, communicating with office staff, management and plant personnel on a regular basis, following and enforcing company policy and procedures. This position will work as a QA shift worker as needed and is involved in a wet, hot, and humid environment while doing raw product analysis.
