Rehydration
All air-dried vegetable products can be added directly to your formulations or may be rehydrated before use. Since rehydration ratios, preparation methods, and times will vary depending on vegetable type and particle size, please refer to product specification for detailed information.

Moisture Content
Carrots dehydrated to 4.0% to 6.0%.
Potatoes dehydrated to 5.0% to 9.0%.

Microbiological
Standard microbiological testing includes Standard Plate Count, Yeast, Mold, Total Coliform, E. coli, Salmonella, and sulfites.

Packaging
Standard packaging includes bags, boxes, or totes, all of which are poly lined.
